A challenging musical of twelve superb songs for key-stage 2 and 3. Set in Ancient Egypt at a time of Pharaohs and palaces, Moses was born a Hebrew, hated by the Egyptians. The Pharaoh was killing all Hebrew baby boys at this time and so young Moses was hidden in the reeds of the River Nile. He was found by the Pharaoh's daughter who agreed to bring him up in the palace as her own brother. Moses' fortunes looked brighter for a while, but life was not always straightforward. He had responsibilities for his people and couldn't see them being bullied as slaves by Pharaoh. When Moses was older, he took this into his own hands, killed an Egyptian slavemaster and consequently had to flee the country. All went quiet for a while until God called Moses to go back to Egypt and free the Hebrew slaves. What was to happen next is enough to blow your mind!
