The Musicline Performing Licence covers you to perform this musical.

It is illegal to perform ANY published musical without the appropriate licence which is only available from the publisher of that musical.

'Blanket' licences which you may have DO NOT cover the performing of published musicals.

Why we use total school roll:
Our performance licence pricing is based on the total number of pupils on the school roll (according to Ofsted figures) – not just those involved in the production or in a specific year group. This provides a clear and consistent way to reflect a school’s overall size and budget.

Most schools have over 200 pupils on roll and will therefore pay the standard £30 per performance.

To support smaller schools, we’ve introduced a reverse sliding scale – offering reduced fees to those with fewer than 200 pupils, making it more affordable for everyone to stage our musicals.

A performing licence is required for EACH PERFORMANCE.

The Musicline Sharing Licence gives you permission to legally share all of the resources you’ve purchased for this musical – including scripts, scores, audio, and videos – with your cast and production team.
This includes:

• Printed copies
• Digital downloads
• Streaming content (e.g. our 'Sing it!' app)
• Classroom use via whiteboards and projectors

In nearly all cases, if you're producing this musical with a cast, you’ll need a Sharing Licence. Whether you're printing scripts, emailing materials, sharing using a network server, using the Sing It app, or showing anything on a projector – the Sharing Licence keeps you covered.

Without this licence, it is illegal to reproduce, distribute, project, stream, or share any of our published materials – even within your school or group.

Only ONE Sharing Licence is required.
